3-9 - I Asked Her Out

I have a graduation ball to attend two weeks from now and I still don't have a date. There is only one girl who I could think of to be my date.

I went to my high school today (Yes, that school has Saturday classes) because that's where she's currently studying. At first I was a little nervous because I don;t know what she's gonna say when I invite her.

I took it slowly. I told her that I was attending a graduation ball, and I wanted to bring a partner with me. Then I told her that I want her to be my partner, if she wants to.

To my surprise, she was glad I asked her. She said that she wanted to see a graduation ball. Yeah, I know how that feels, because our school NEVER organizes a graduation ball when we graduate. Our batch did not have a graduation ball because we don't have funds.

She wanted to go, but it will depend on whether her mom allows it.

I hope she will be allowed. I want to spend quality time with her, without someone ruining our moment. I just wanted to be with her.
